What is 35 Tribe?
Before I explain what is 35 Tribe, I need you to understand how it came about. My name is Joe, I am the guy you see on the left. Yes, the one strutting on the grass with his shirt all the way undone. I don't always walk around showing off my body, in fact, I rarely ever do. As a matter of fact, not too long ago I would have been ashamed to take my shirt off in public; not because I was so out of shape, but simply because I wasn't proud of the way I looked. As a gym owner and personal trainer, I had the knowledge but I was not applying it to myself. If I was going to dedicate myself to helping others lead a healthier lifestyle; I had to be a walking example of my own work.
I am 41 years old and have never been, felt, or looked better than I do now.... not even in my 20's!
Exactly one year ago I set a goal for myself. I would apply all my knowledge in a structured manner. In a way that I could transmit and teach others. Then I would take the results of my efforts to use as the promotional tool for my work. The picture above IS the result of my work. And the idea for 35 Tribe was born.

Who is 35 Tribe?
If you are reading this page, then odds are that 35 Tribe is for you. It is a program designed for men who are looking to make a drastic change in their lives. As is typical in our culture, men grow up very self centered and proud, but that only lasts through our early adulthood. That self-centeredness is usually what drives us to get a career, a partner, and eventually a family. Unfortunately once we achieve most of our goals, they tend to slowly take control over our lives. At some point, we become so dedicated to our work and family that we end up sacrificing ourselves. 35 Tribe is designed to help you regain some of that self pride.
